Quin tried numerous times to contact me and was very friendly with the correspondence despite never reaching me. Vincent was amazing! He had to figure out what the problem actually was before he could fix it and invested the time with investigating the problem and solved the problem very quickly. He let me return to my day once he knew we no longer needed to speak and he had all the information he needed. He then finished fixing the problem and sent me an email to notify me the problem was fixed and asked me to try to use the service I was having problems with to confirm it was fixed. PROBLEM SOLVED! THANK YOU so much!!! I am really happy and really liked such friendly people so willing to help and solve to resolve!
