Max didn't fix the issue, but he followed up on it. Coincidentally another Liberty Tech tech was at the office installing new computers, so he handled the issue at hand. Max was very attentive in initially trying to fix the issue.

It took multiple trips to get the issue resolved. The original issue was deemed not fixable. The replacement laptop took longer then expected to be set up (at the fault of GPD) otherwise good service. Sydney was always open to talking and attempting a fix. The others, I don't remember interacting with.
