John picked up the ball and did a fantastic job!!! Thanks a bunch, John. The only challenge here was that the original FUSE3 team member who received the ticket left it hanging for a day when he was out of the office. Our entire Woodland INSPIRE team was waiting on access to the printer, so I was especially grateful when your FUSE3 team found a workaround and got the job done when I called in to follow-up on what happened.
