I feel like one of these times I should rate someone less than a 10 but the TN employees really rock and do a great job!!! :-) In this case I had a QuickBooks file that was password protected. I didn't have QB software on my computer and needed access. Carol found the software for me, found that we have an active license, and installed the software on my computer. She did it all for me in a span of about 20 minutes. :-) Thank you, Carol!!

The technician who came to my house to seat the DVD drive was perfect. He was on time, competent and fast. I must say, though I was surprised when I started the computer up that no software had been installed on it to permit me to actually use the DVD. Because I do not use the DVD I am not inconvenienced by that. Cory called me on 8/11 and by remote control installed the proper App to work the DVD.

Really thankful for the quick call. I knew it wasn't urgent, but I am thankful that I now have the availability to work anytime, anywhere. Yay. Also thankful to Corey Young for not commenting on the Reddit "Turtle on a Treadmill" link that was on my laptop when I logged on. Hmmm. Can't blame this one on my kid.
