Tim was quick to respond based on my urgency to have my computer unlocked due to a Dell Computer update. I'm wondering if this will happen again and if it does can it be prevented from locking me out of my computer?

Internet was diagnosed as down over the weekend. Comcast was scheduled to investigate and they showed up Monday before 9:00AM.
