Both Ben and Tim did a fantastic job enabling our entire agency to work remotely. They were on a tight deadline, working with operators of various skill levels, and they accomplished the seemingly impossible! Ben is always such a pleasure to work with and takes all complications in stride. I am glad to have him as my Clever Ducks liaison!
