Collin (and really, everyone at Amnet) is the best! Although on this support ticket it was weird that we couldn't find the issue and yet it started working on its own. I'm also an IT person so sometimes you just have to scare the computer into working, lol, and Collin did that when he remote desktoped our computers. Cheers!
