Dynamic edge joined calls with a vendor to assist in downloading an add-in. DE was helpful in joining the call and troubleshooting the issue. They remained on the line longer than expected to be needed to resolve and fully implement the add-in.

Josh was on time and professional as always. He owned the problem and fixed the phone that was down. He also checked all of the phones in the office to make sure that they were all functional. Because this issue was caused from work that was done in our server room. Josh made sure to follow protocol on getting it fixed. I truly appreciate him for that. Thank you Josh.
