Called in late in the day and the receptionist...

Called in late in the day and the receptionist was amazing at getting me to a technical person. I knew no information about the ticket and she tracked it down for me and sent me over. Next the service tech that helped me resolved my problem very late in the day like at 445 and solved the issue. These two deserve some recognition for how much it felt like they cared and valued my problem. Great team effort.
