The ticket request I left on your voicemail was recinded by me the following Monday. I thought the problem had resolved itself. However, tere is still a forced update which occurrs once daily. Since the Updates were no longer being forced in succession, I called off the "Fix". I can live with one forced Update a day. Integris staff are always able to help and do so.
