After several months I finally created a ticket to figure out what was going on with that WiFi. While they began with some questions that are "typical IT" (understandable, naturally), they finally understood that there was something else askew when presented with the unique facts of the connection loss. They figured that out on site and was able to get it back up and running again. Thank You!
