The issue was resolved the ticket communication was confusing and alluded to someone attempting to reach out to me as they needed more information to move the ticket forward. Most of Integris staff know that I travel across the organization and have my cell number. The cell number is also on my email. I do not have any missed communication from Integris on my cell. When I called to follow-up the communication I received from your phone handler was to test the issue and see if it works. It did work.
