Dennis spent so much time with me to try and help with a printer, password and mouse issues on a lap top and a notebook. I am not computer literate at all but he really taught me a few things. Also when I had to jump off because of a ZOOM workshop he said that he would call me on Thursday morning to complete the fix. He did call and said he didn't call earlier because he got held up with someone else! He really helped me out, I appreciate his service and patience working with me.
