Michael called to respond to a ticket. I was in crisis with my computer and docking station. I had a training to facilitate in 30 minutes. He jumped right in and calmed me down. He didn't waste time in getting me started. I appreciate all the help he gave me. We suggested I create a new ticket to connect when I am in the office building by calling and scheduling an appointment..

Everyone I interact with from FUSE are very kind and helpful and never make me feel ignorant when my ticket was based on my own mistakes or improper navigations. The FUSE IT team is our lifeline. They fix things and they do it quickly and are very flexible and understanding. I don't know what I would do if they were not on standby. Thank you for being there for us! We love you all!

Andrew did a good job. The time it took for me to get a response that i was in the queue was the issue. The fuse3 website for contacting support does not seem to work.
