I went into Liberty Tech with two MDTs needing service. I didn't leave with them the same day, but they were ready before the end of the day. I was just unable to go back to pick them up. They put a ticket in for me and got to work on my issue. When I received them back, everything was up and running. Thanks again Liberty Tech.

Sidney Moon worked on my Helpdesk ticket until he got an answer. While it wasn't the answer I was hoping to receive, at least now I know that I will have to wait for a patch to be developed to correct the issues I was experiencing. He escalated the problem as soon as he knew there would not be an easy answer, and he worked with his team to test solutions. I appreciate their help and their service.
