My hard drive was making a loud noise on startup...

My hard drive was making a loud noise on startup and continued while using. It eventually calmed down. David made sure OneDrive was backing up in case my hard drive was failing. Adam wanted to run diagnostics on the computer before ordering a new hard drive. After getting a fan error, he opened up the laptop to find a small sticker from inside the machine had come loose and lodged itself in the fan causing the noise and the fan to not work properly. Once it was removed the fan passed diagnostics and the computer is running fine again

Problem fixed itself, Jose was cool and told me to call back and ask for him so I dont have a wait if it starts acting up, but David just started making up steps before even looking at the whole problem.
