Nothing against anyone else who has helped with this issue, but Scott is awesome! He has helped me with other issues previously and each time I feel like he actually takes time to listen and tries new things. If I'm not understanding anything, he takes the time to explain. He is very helpful when it comes to the issues I bring to him or the helpdesk.
