As the industry changed, Diamond IT rebooted itself in 2005. The new Diamond IT emerged as an IT consulting, support, and training organization, specializing in all facets of business technology with an emphasis on solutions, not products.

As part of our 10th anniversary, we rebranded and refocused ourselves once again, demonstrating our ability to keep in tune with the ever-growing need and use of technology in our community. BLACK CONTACTED ME SHORTLY AFTER I CALLED IN. HE CHECKED MY COMPUTER AND WITHING FIVE MINUTES DETERMINED WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE TO FIX IT. IT WAS QUICKLY REPAIED AND I WAS BACK UP AND RUNNY, VERY POLITE AND HELPFULL/GIVE HIM A RAISE. PHILLIP IS ALWAYS HELPFUL AND GETS THE JOB DONE QUICKLY. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT BOTH PHILLIP AND BLAKE,,,,GIVE THEM BOTH A RAISE
