Took multiple attempts to get this printer issue fixed. Both remotely and on site. Was eventually fixed remotely on third shot.

We have always appreciated the assistance we receive from Pantheon. I do realize that there are growing pains happening throughout many organizations, including ours, this makes communication even more important to keep everyone informed. We were a bit frustrated when Nate was on site on Monday, then had to leave for another meeting but when he left, the internet we had upon his arrival, was no longer working for Kevin at Plant 2 which meant he was unable to perform a majority of his duties until someone else was able to get back on-site. We appreciate the call from Chris and for Jeremy being able to respond as quickly as he was able to. Thank you again for your assistance with all of our IT needs. Thank you, Karen
