Mark went above and beyond on this call. All I asked him to do is help me get into my old computer to find a document that didn't transfer over. Not only did he help me get in, he helped me search for the document. We were not able to locate the document but I let him get off the phone. Before he disconnected he gave me a couple of suggestions of where to look for the document. All great suggestions and I did finally find the document. Thank you Mark!
