At Diamond IT, we understand your business is unique, and the tech solutions you need to run your business are equally unique. Originally established in 1997 as a hardware reseller, Diamond IT grew by capturing large computer hardware and software contracts throughout California. As the industry changed, Diamond IT rebooted itself in 2005. The new Diamond IT emerged as an IT consulting, support, and training organization, specializing in all facets of business technology with an emphasis on solutions, not products.

As part of our 10th anniversary, we rebranded and refocused ourselves once again, demonstrating our ability to keep in tune with the ever-growing need and use of technology in our community. Jose was very helpful today - assured me my local PC wasn't compromised and showed me how to retrieve files from my local into the Cloud - working on that process now - fingers crossed :) He always is polite and explains everything in '"lay man's" terms which is much appreciated.

initially there was some miscommunication and confusion, but Nick was very responsive and once everything made sense he got what I needed to me same day. No company is 100% perfect al the time, but Diamond listens to my concerns and addresses everything as quickly as possible. While it may take a little back-and-forth sometimes, Diamond IT has always come through.
