At Diamond IT, we understand your business is unique, and the tech solutions you need to run your business are equally unique. Originally established in 1997 as a hardware reseller, Diamond IT grew by capturing large computer hardware and software contracts throughout California. As the industry changed, Diamond IT rebooted itself in 2005. The new Diamond IT emerged as an IT consulting, support, and training organization, specializing in all facets of business technology with an emphasis on solutions, not products.

As part of our 10th anniversary, we rebranded and refocused ourselves once again, demonstrating our ability to keep in tune with the ever-growing need and use of technology in our community. Patrick was very helpful and knowledgeable about the issue I was having with a particular software. He even gave me recommendations on how they could resolve the issues, but I have not heard back from them. Patrick did all he could to help in this situation and has been very patient, but until I hear back from them we cannot go any further.

Both Troy and Kirsten were very helpful in explaining the upfitting process so that I can make sure I follow generally accepted accounting practices in the recording of the PD vehicles. I know it was an unusual request, but they did a great job.

It was so crazy last night when we got kicked out while we were working. Noah did a great job. I identifying the problem with the server and getting us back up within about 15 minutes approximately. Very much appreciated since we had deadlines today. Brent was kind enough to call and follow up to make sure everything was operating properly, which was also very much appreciated.
