My computer was really messing up. It would freeze at least 4 times a day and then I would have to go the long way and bring the system back up. My Teams did not work,, and I couldn't connect to EPIC. After mush looking into the problem I am now up and running wiith no probles. Fuse iinstalled my VPN and I think that made a big differencce, haven't been kicked out of my system or I haven't had any problem with the system freezing up. They did continue to follow up with me for two days before closing the ticket. That's what I call good service. I'm feeling very productive now!!! Thank you
