Joseph was very patient and helpful. I called with a "QUICK" question that was a lot more time consuming than I thought it was going to be. He was professional and kept me engaged in conversation (was not "stiff" like some IT individuals). I appreciate it that.

You guys are all great to work with and have a good attitude. The issue of patching all workstations has not been working properly for a very long time. It is unfortunate that CBSI had to push a bit to escalate this and get all workstations updated. I am glad that there has finally been attention to getting it working properly. I hope it continues without issues.
