It's always a pleasure working with Ethan. God knows I call with dumb questions and ridiculous issues regularly and he basically has the patience of a Saint. My questions can be so ridiculous that I sometimes embarrass myself mid-sentence (because I'm realizing how dumb it is as I speak). Long story, short--Ethan is top-notch!
