Jeff was very helpful and prompt with responding! He even helped with another issue I was having, and opened a ticket for that issue. All was solved quickly!

My only comment about this particular situation, (just to offer constructive help), is that I was reached out to on April 18th to ask about setting up a spare/temp machine for the user, so that hers could be fixed, then returned back to her. After we sent out the spare/temp machine, I never heard about her original laptop again, until I called to ask about it on June 20th, but the original ticket regarding setting up the spare was from April 18th. The ticket had been closed, I assumed it was all set. Since I called on June 20th, everything went along great, the computer is now reformatted and we will use it for a new hire instead. I do appreciate everyone's hard work!

Still having problems with browser opening new windows several times this week. There must be another issue beyond just a pop-up blocker or how these are getting through the settings. Will address after the July 4 holiday. Thanks.
