Working with Mark Harler is always a smooth experience. He worked seamlessly with an internet provider technician who was updating our equipment to migrate to a new network. Mark was proactive by connecting with the tech and touching base with me before the tech's arrival. He then followed up by phone after the work was done to assure me the migration went well, and encouraged me to reach out if there are any issues. I appreciated his professionalism and involvement.
