Thank you so much for your help, Nathan! I had 2 frustrating attempts with HP and Nathan came to the rescue! He followed up after HP dropped the ball again. He worked with Mike to get me a new computer, helped set it up (and it's working perfectly), and took this very stressful and continued issue off my plate. I'm a very happy camper now with this new computer, thanks to Nathan! Really appreciate all of your help!!
