Vincent gave me great service. He quickly identified the problem. I had already contacted my mail host. But I was not getting action from them. Vincent was very proactive. He contacted my mail host and informed them exactly what needed to be done. The result was problem resolution. He also followed up to make sure everything was working properly. The service Vincent provided was extremely professional and knowledge able.

I reported loss of password before 9 am and...

I reported loss of password before 9 am and didn't hear from anyone for several hours. I did figure it out in the meantime but was without a computer for at least four hours. The young lady who answered the phone was very friendly, but I told her I couldn't get into my computer she asked if I sent an email to support. How could I do that without my computer, I asked? After she took my information, she again said she would have them email me. I asked for a call since - as mentioned - I could not access email as I couldn't access my computer. Just frustrating and I do realize I caused the problem, but without access I could not work.
