Jeff was very professional on the phone. At the time the problem was corrected for a while. I am still having issues with the email. I "think" it times out every 2 hours. I am evaluating the process today. When it times out I am unable to receive/send emails. I will probably be placing another call today to see if something can be done. I am waiting for the errors to populate.
