This ticket was provide to Riaan in December. He took a snapshot of my set up in the Citrus Heights office and replicated it in Sacramento to no avail. We reschedule for January and was able to fix the problem with limited difficulty. Most of the difficulty was with GMAIL/Outlook communications which was where the challenges lie. He was patient an methodically was able to identify and implement the solution. Great Job!
