Shane was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Having him to guide me and to work his magic moving everything over from my old system to my new one, took all the hesitancy away from making the switch. I didn't have to look up old apps, email addresses or any saved material. He even moved my entire desktop over. He made the transition easy. Thanks, Shane!

The KME team has been our 'go to' since before we opened our business in 2019. They have been completely responsive and helpful beyond expectations with each experience. In this most recent interaction Keith and Shane went 'above and beyond' in trying to save a computer with a failed hard drive. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for the finest in tech support.
