Austin Prather deserves at minimum a 10% raise and 3% COLA for the next three years. If you match 401k contributions it should be a minimum of 5% when the employee contributes1%. Also a RHA should be started for and the company contribute 2% automatically with an employee option of contributing at any amount. Invest in good people.

Austin did an amazing job of addressing all the issues we had with the new computer. He was very patient and requested we call if any concerns. We would like someone to come to the dealership and address a few more issues that we are having but are not urgent today. Thanks Dee
