Wes called me on a different ticket which was completed quickly. He opted to take the next ticket I was about to open. 2hrs 50 min we were on the phone. I had to stay with him since it required multiple test to see if it was working yet. I understand he may not have been the best person for this type of problem and he was trying to help. He wanted to fix the fax line for me but said it had been a very long time since he dealt with this type of fax. Don't get me wrong, he was polite, determined and wanted to fix the issue. I just think 3 hours is too long.

Aaron was good but i had to wait for about 10 minutes before someone answered and then had to wait for aaron to assist. I have been told by some of my staff that our wait times have been a lot longer lately. IS there a reason for this??? Stephanie
