My main feedback is that when a desktop computer is replaced with a laptop, it would be great to have the technician ensure that VPN is set-up or ask if it needs to be set-up because most often in our organization, a laptop is only issued to those who will likely use it away from the office.

It was quick when the folders were added back. My only feedback is that it would be helpful if Fuse 3 notifies the employee that they should make a list of what they have before the desktop is switched to a laptop so that they can double check for that before the technician leaves. It seems strange that folder access would change with a desktop versus laptop change, but if that occurs, it would be great to know in advance, so that I can prepare for it and review things right away.
