I have had the pleasure and privilege of having KME and Shane Adams service my laptop needs as part of my employment with Gallagher Pediatric Therapy over the last several years. KME and Shane has always been highly professional, ethical, thorough, and competent in their delivery of services, and gone above and beyond in ensuring customer satisfaction, in offering sound advice for maintenance, learning tips, and helpful suggestions for easier use (especially to someone like me who is not tech-savvy). Shane is very personable and patient, and no concern or question is "too stupid" to address, and he explains things in a way that I can understand. He is generous with his expertise, and I appreciate the time and care that he and KME gives to their clients so things will run smoothly. During my offboarding process, Shane was able to reconfigure my laptop so I would be comfortable with the changes and be able to access the features that was needed for my personal use. With my retirement from GPT, I will miss having KME and Shane look after my laptop needs, however, because of Shane's helpful advice, I am confident that I will be able to access the resources I need to maintain and manage my laptop adequately and independently.
