Shop printer had trouble connecting to the network. David attempted to troubleshoot, but was unable to resolve the issue. Promised a call back the next day once he had a chance to do some research and confer with other techs, but no call was received. Follow up phone call today (two days after initial conversation with David) and I was told by another tech that David didn't have a resolution and would call me back. Another call into the office with a question related to the same issue was intercepted by James and James found a way to ultimately resolve the issue(s). Thank you once again James for wading through the clutter and getting things back into working order!

For some reason the pc kept going to sleep or turning itself off. David did everything in his power to make sure it wouldn't turn off. Great customer service and very knowledable. Checked back to make sure it was working and no additional issues.
