Appreciated Thomas's assistance with the TEAMS issue I was having. He has been diligent in not just addressing the current issue but trying to find a solution for it to not continue to happen which is so important. As I mentioned to him, the issue has been happening especially on meetings one of our main funders, the Department of Public Health, and it is frustrating when I am unable to participate in a required meeting.
