KME scheduled an appointment and was prompt. Used my cell phone camera to see my headset connector remotely. Diagnose my headset issue quickly. Headset I had incorrect connector not for a PC. My company ordered a new headset with a USB connector for my PC. Great Professional Customer Service!

Dennis got the ticket resolved and was personable. The meeting invitation sent over indicated that they may run 10 minutes late. He was over 20 minutes late which was inconvenient. I don't know if that's on him or on whoever schedules the ticket times.
