So much better than previous IT help experience's that I've had - with multiple other companies , very impressed , knowledgeable , friendly, helpful, service oriented , quick to the point and ensured everything was handled before going.. Went above and beyond the problem I was having and taught me a few tricks along the way. Yall got some good folks ! Thanks for the support - in the past I was always been hesitant to submit help tickets and dreaded my system being screwed up for the next month and scared Id lose all my contacts or have to manually renter everything or some other problem would develop while attempting to fix my main issue., I swear it was like going to the dentist..... Now I feel like we have folks that know what they are doing, give a shit about what Im doing and are actually interested in helping us improve our operations. Thankyou! James
