Not only did he listen to my concerns and fix the problem...He was super polite on the phone, kept "up to date" on what he was doing (because there were long pauses in our conversation while he worked the problem). AND (this is what got him the 10), he followed up later in the day to see if all was well.

Integris staff are always excellent on the technical side of my call, however even more important is how they communicate with me, the upbeat, positive, confident communication style of everyone I have worked with at Integris, always puts me at ease and I'm not afraid that all my data will "disappear" somewhere in the clouds. Ben is OUTSTANDING.
