Taylor was very helpful, patient, and kind while setting up my new computer. My computer was moving extremely slow and he never seemed frustrated or inpatient even though he stayed after close to finish getting it set up.

Taylor is super patient and was the most helpful person on this iPad issue. I can’t thank Taylor enough for the time and effort he put in to research extensively on this issue to try and find a solution. After over a month, Taylor found something he 100% thought would work, I tried it and it finally worked and we figured out the problem. Taylor is a great asset to IT and this team, give him a lot of praise because he is excelling at his job!
