Dixon Brown was awesome. KME always answers our tech calls in a timely manner and save the day. Customer connection is very important in the HOA business and we cannot afford to not have a constant connection with our computer systems. No matter what the situation, KME always gets us back to normal and back taking superior care of our clients. They do this with efficiency and a good nature attitude. Dixon in particular not only addressed and fixed my original issue he went above and beyond by helping with some short cuts to make my life easier.
