We did not know this install was going to take...

We did not know this install was going to take place until the tech presented at the office. Normally things such as this are scheduled with our office prior. We would have probably not had this done on a Monday afternoon, however, felt obligated to go ahead and let the install take place. Personally we did not have any interraction with Ben or Jayson on this install. Dejone worked with them and they must have assisted him during the install. There were a few issues with the install that had to be worked out, such as an older version of one of the most important software apps we use daily in our office being installed, instead of the current version we were using. Thankfully those few issues were handled on Tuesday by Alex.
