Overall, we've had a great experience with Integris. Only drawbacks - costly for a non-profit and disappointed with the security awareness training product. We've had several technical problems with it.

I appreciate Ian's understanding of my business and taking the time to find solutions that work for us. I only wish that he and I would have spoken a year earlier, that is the reason for the 9 and not 10.
