The one thing that I have an issue with is I called back less than an hour later to talk to Dixon about one of the same issues that we had talked about in our initial meeting. I never heard back from him. It was at 2:47 P.M. I think that he never got the message from the person who took the call. I have since resolved the issue on my own, but I was just disappointed that I was not called back. Thanks. Althea Miller

Reponse times is getting too long for something that should be fairly straight forward change. It took over an hour to process.
