Response time was poor. My problem happened on Friday afternoon around 2. After alerting KME of the trouble I continued to trouble shoot as I could not work in Ajera without it being fixed. After hours KME contacted us, but we were shut down for the day. Monday morning we heard from Nicco who was able to resolve .
