The service was a 9. However, it may benefit technicians to have an automatic pop up for FOWD requests that includes a few bullet points for FUSE 3 to reference on the call: FOWD employees do not bring laptops or desktops to Fuse3 for service. A service technician comes to the FOWD to assess and fix on-site or determines that the equipment needs to be taken to Fuse3 for repair etc. and returned by Fuse3 to FOWD. Most FOWD employees are limited in IT knowledge and rely on recommendations for action from Fuse3. Any requests for changes etc. need to be approved by the FOWD Operations Manager. There are probably more, but these are just a few that came to mind. It may help those at FUSE 3 who have not worked with FOWD employees before to have a few bullet points to reference.
