Our 2021 copy of Quick Books would not allow me to transfer our 2020 information to the CPA for year end & tax work. Chris transferred me to Wes who was able to identify the problem internal to our 2021 Quick Books & develop a method to get the needed information to the CPA. Once the revised information was returned Wes was able to upload the data and we were able to verify the success of the upload. This was not an easy fix and Wes accomplished it to my complete satisfaction.

The only disappointing thing was the fact that my computer was down Friday and I thought you were sending someone out to fix the issue on Friday afternoon. This was ideal for me as I was leaving work at noon and would not be returning until Tuesday morning at which time I realized that the issue was not resolved. When Chris came in Tuesday he quickly resolved the issue, however, it still left me a little behind
