After the expected bumpy start, with establishing grounds and expectations, the rest of the support went very well. Spencer maintained a level of diligence and ultimately found a solution to our AD synchronization issues. Additionally, sound advice was provided regarding the next steps on our end to address a corrupted AD controller and a recommendation befitting industry best practices for upgrading our AD controllers and forest functional levels. All in all, the experience was pleasant.

He was amazing as always. helping me even though i dont always know the right words to use he figures it out and has a good sense of humor. im always happy when he answers the phone! Great service got my problem done quickly and efficiently without any issues or problems.
